Is tooltip only intended for hover on desktop? I'd like tooltips for hover on desktop AND onPress for mobile. The documentation only mentions hover - I'm surprised it doesn't consider mobile?

(I know I can control isOpen state by adding onPress to the trigger element, but this overrides the default behaviour which works nicely on desktop.)
